SLA Agreements are containers that combine parameters including SLA Metric, SLA Configuration and SLA Goals, so that you can manage your SLAs and their requirements in JIRA.
Adding SLA Agreements
- Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
Choose > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Agreements to open the SLA Agreements page.
Tip: Use Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing sla agreements. - Click the Add SLA Agreement button.
- Fill in Name, and Description fields, select SLA Metric, SLA Configuration, SLA Goal. Click Create.
Selecting SLA Metric, SLA configuration and SLA Goal is required. If they are not defined a message will appear as shown below:
Viewing/Editing SLA Configurations
- Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
Choose > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Agreements to open the SLA Agreements page.
Tip: Use Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing sla agreements - Click Edit button in the Options section.
Deleting SLA Configuration
- Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
Choose > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Agreements to open the SLA Agreements page.
Tip: Use Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing sla agreements. - Click Delete button in the Options section.
- Confirm deleting.
