All Secure Fields types can be utilized in Jira Service Management projects and on Customer Portal. 

Customers can view secure values after creating a ticket. 

Secure fields' values can't be edited from Customer Portal once the ticket is submitted.

Make sure to grant Read and Write permissions to "Service Desk Customers" role to allow customers to set secure values while creating a ticket.
