Apart from a dedicated time measurement, every SLA Goal has its own KPI tracker.

KPI tracker shows:

  • Active to hold ratio 
  • Number of restarts
  • Time in on hold
  • Number of breaches
  • Time in goal
  • SLA Calendar assigned to the SLA Goal
