Calendar defines working days and hours for SLA PowerBox Metric's time calculation. SLA PowerBox Metric takes days off, non-working hours and/or special working hours into account while calculating the remaining time.
Each SLA Goal can have multiple calendars assigned depemding on your business needs.Creating Calendar
Choose > Add-ons. Select Calendars to open the created calendars page.

Use the tabs to precisely determine working hours: choose standard working hours, days off and special working hours
