Add SLA Metric Field
Workflow PowerBox Plugin gives you a possibility to create pre-defined templates that consists of a set of conditions or validators or post functions - depending on what kind of template you are working on. You can easily create a desired template by logging to JIRA's Administration page and choosing Issues > Workflow tab.
Clicking on the either Conditions or Validators or Post Functions Template button will redirect you to the pages where you can create a template with a set of workflow elements.

Use JQL Search & Configure Dashboards
SLA PowerBox - On Time Service Delivery comes with a bunch of JQL functions allowing you to search SLAs effectively and easily. After you find your issues matching required SLA State or time it's possible to see your SLAs in the Issue Navigator or directly on a Dashboard.
View SLA History
Each SLA Metric can be audited through its change history. All states change history is visible, so you can review all past events that impacted the Metric in both text or chart form.
Issue-Level SLA Analysis
SLA Analytics is powerful feature that allows you to see issue-level SLA statistics related to any issue attribute. Simply configure it once and use as many times as you need. Of course, charts and text are provided.
