SLA Agreement is a container that collects parameters such as SLA Metric, SLA Configuration and SLA Goals.

Adding SLA Agreements

  1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
    Choose  > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Agreements to open the SLA Agreements page.
    (info) Tip: Use Keyboard shortcutg + g + start typing sla agreements
  2. Click the Add SLA Agreement button.
  3. Fill in Name, Description fields, select SLA METRIC, SLA Configuration, SLA Goal. Click Create.


    (info) Selecting SLA METRIC, SLA configuration and SLA Goal is required. If they are not defined a proper message will appear, as shown below:

 

Viewing/Editing SLA Configurations

  1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
    Choose  > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Agreements to open the SLA Agreements page.

  2. Click Edit button in the Options section.

Deleting SLA Configuration

  1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
    Choose  > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Agreements to open the SLA Agreements page.
    (info) Tip: Use Keyboard shortcutg + g + start typing sla agreements
  2. Click Delete button in the Options section.
  3. Confirm deleting.
