Calendars define working days and working hours for SLA PowerBox - On Time Service Delivery Metric's time calculation. SLA PowerBox - On Time Service Delivery Metric takes days off, non-working hours and/or special working hours into account while calculating the remaining time.
Each SLA Goal can have multiple calendars assigned depending on your business needs.

Please note that 'Calendars' is a separate add-on installed with SLA PowerBox. If you own some more add-ons from CoreSoft Labs, you can reuse calendars across them (e.g. when you install both SLA PowerBox and PULSE -  a Monitoring Tool for Jira).
