Configuring SLA Behaviours

Adding SLA Behaviours

1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
   Choose  > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Behaviours to open the SLA Behaviours page.
    Tip: Use Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing sla behaviours
2. Click the Add SLA Behaviour button.
3. Fill in Name and Description fields.
4. Add actions that respond to JIRA Issue Events (Read more) using Add Action button.
5. Click Create button at the bottom.
6. Created Actions for specific Issue Event will be presented in a graphic form - as shown below:

Editing SLA Behaviours

1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
   Choose  > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Behaviours to open the SLA Behaviours page.
    Tip: Use Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing sla behaviours
2. Click Edit button in the Options section.

Deleting SLA Bahaviours

1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
   Choose  > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Behaviours to open the SLA Behaviours page.
    Tip: Use Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing sla behaviours
2. Click Delete button in the Options section.
3. Confirm with Delete button.

Exporting SLA Behaviours

1. Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
   Choose  > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Behaviours to open the SLA Behaviours page.
    Tip: Use Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing sla behaviours
2. Click Export button in the Options section.
3. File download should start automatically. The exported file is in .xml format.
