How can we make your work easier? 

What are Announcement Feeds? 

We created Announcement Feeds to help Jira and Service Desk administrators manage information flow and updates via announcements, which can be organized into so-called 'feeds'.

Our app is a step forward which you're looking for as a tool to create quick messages, organize them in feeds displayed on different screens and precisely target your information to users instead of spamming them with static banners.

Our app gives you full control over which group of users you'll send announcements to. 

What problems does this app solve?

Many different communication channels and employee turnover in companies, can cause critical information to be missed.

From today, forget about the fact that someone did not get an important mail, forget to provide all information to a new employee and control whether everyone has read the privacy policy, GDPR, or internal rules - all of the above will reach him in Jira or Service Desk!

What's more, you don't have to worry about changes in the documents that appear in the announcements. The previously created feeds and announcements can be edited, updated or duplicated at any time. Can you imagine how much overhead will you avoid?

Do I have access to any stats? 

Sure! We give you full access to statistics - you know if everyone responded to the announcement, if the user responded to all the announcements and who is behind with answers.

Everything stays under control.

Example:

Still wondering how does it work? You can create two separate feeds - one for your Support Team (displayed in Jira Service Desk), and second for your Sales Team (displayed in Jira). 

When you'll need to send an update to any of these teams, e.g. that the Sales Team needs to read a new document, you just create an announcement (information) with the document attached in the Sales Team feed

The same goes for the Support Team, if you need to notify them anyhow, you just create a new announcement in the Support Team feed.
