What is Announcement Feeds?
We created Announcement Feeds to help Jira and Service Desk administrators create and supervise announcements.
Our plugin is a "step forward" which you're looking for as a tool to create quick notifications, important messages or questionnaires that will reach every user.
Our app gives you full control over which group of users you'll receive announcements - you can even designate selected people!
What's more we give you full access to statistics - you know if everyone responded (or not) to the announcement, if the user responded (or not) to all the announced announcements and who else is behind with answers.
From today, forget about the fact that someone didn't get an important mail, forget to provide all information to a new employee and control whether everyone has red the privacy policy, GDPR, or other internal rules - all of the above elements will reach him in Jira or Service Desk!
Some of these documents has changed? No problem! The previously created feeds and announcements can be edited or duplicated at any time.
