Define the criteria

  1. Select Apps → Apptime in the top navigation bar.

  2. Click Criteria on the left-hand side of the screen.

  3. Define the date range for which you want to view the worklog.

  4. Select projects and/or specific issues for displaying.

  5. Pick user(s) to see the worklog of a particular user.

  6. To reset the selected setting click the Reset Criteria button.


Group the data

After applying filters data will be displayed in a column on the right side.

Information can be grouped by:

  1. Project

  2. Issue

  3. User

  4. Work Description



Save the Timesheet

You can save and keep your Timesheets for future reference.

  1. After the configuration is done, click Save as… button to store the data as a new Timesheet.

  2. Fill in the name.

  3. Click Confirm button.

In order to save changes in the existing Timesheet, click the Save button.

You can view all saved Timesheets in the left column of AppTime page.


Share the link to the Timesheet

  1. Go to AppTime from the top navigation bar.

  2. Expand Timesheets on the left-hand side of the screen.

  3. Click on three horizontal dots → Share.

  4. Copy the link and close the window.

Delete the Timesheet

  1. Go to AppTime from the top navigation bar.

  2. Expand Timesheets on the left-hand side of the screen.

  3. Click on three horizontal dots → Delete.

  4. Press Confirm button.
