One of the options is to add attachments to announcements, which will then be available to download by users when they read the given announcement.
What can be an attachment?
Attachments can be any file with any extension. You can add multiple attachments. However, all attachments combined can't exceed 200 MB.
How to add an attachment to an Announcement?
a) Simple text
When creating the announcement (the last step), click "Save & add files".
The following screen appears:
Files can be placed by clicking the "Upload a file" button and selecting files or by dragging and dropping the file in the "Drop file here" area.
b) Single Announcement
The application downloads attachments from the selected issue.
Attachments can be added before and after the creation of announcements, which concern the chosen issue.
c) Multiple issue
The application downloads attachments from selected issues.
