You must have the  Jira System Administrators global permission before you can carry out the instructions on this page.

Install

  1. Log in as a user with the Jira Administrators global permission.

  2. On the Admin panel select Settings → Apps.

  3. Navigate to Find new apps from the left-hand side of the page and locate Gate GPT via search.

  4. Click Try it free and confirm installation by clicking Start free trial button.


Unsubscribe

  1. Log in as a user with the Jira Administrators global permission.

  2. On the Admin panel select Settings → Apps.

  3. Navigate to Manage apps from the left-hand side of the page and locate Gate GPT via search.

  4. Click Stop trial and confirm by Unsubscribe button.


Uninstall

  1. Log in as a user with the Jira Administrators global permission.

  2. On the Admin panel select Settings → Apps.

  3. Navigate to Manage apps from the left-hand side of the page and locate Gate GPT via search.

  4. Click the Uninstall button → Uninstall app.
