A list of all groups and configured attributes can be viewed on Manage groups page.

Access the page:

  1. Log in as a user with the 'Jira Administrators' global permission.

  2. Navigate to Admin menu → User management → Group Plus Manage groups.

Search by text (case-sensitive) within the page is available.

Actions

  • Edit members - allows to add new people to the group or remove existing member(s).

  • Edit attributes - allows to edit the value of any configured attribute.

  • Edit managers - allows defining manager(s) for every group. Managing role can be assigned to a user or a group.

You can assign a non-admin user to be a manager of a particular group(s). Group manager has an access to the Manage groups page but can view only groups that he/she manages. Group manager can edit group members and attributes.
