Idea Portals
The Idea Portal is a place where users can publish their ideas, evaluate and enter into a discussion of other ideas. You can create as many separate Idea Portals as necessary, each requiring one underlying Jira project.
Idea
An idea submitted by the user, which translates to a single Jira issue, system-wise.
Brainstorm
Discussion on a single idea. Takes place in comments under the Idea.
Moderator
A person who manages the Idea Portal, working in Jira and the Idea Portal itself.
Committee
A group inside your organization consisting of people responsible for project development and decisions in the ideation process.
Assessment Session
An idea assessment session for the Committee. Ideally happens at regular time intervals.
