Adding SLA Behaviours
Log in as a user with the Jira Administrators global permission. Choose > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Behaviours to open the SLA Behaviours page. Tip: Use a Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing sla behaviour
Click the Add SLA Behaviour button and choose from two possible options: Status-based and Event-based behaviour types as shown below:It is possible to select a behaviour with sample data in order to get familiar with both options and their functionalities.
Fill in the Name and Description fields.
Add actions that respond to Jira Issue Events (Read more) using the Add Action button.
Click the Create button at the bottom.
Created Actions for a specific Issue Event will be presented in a graphic form - as shown below:
Editing SLA Behaviours
Log in as a user with the Jira Administrators global permission. Choose > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Behaviours to open the SLA Behaviours page. Tip: Use a Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing sla behaviour
Click the Edit button in the Options section.
Deleting SLA Bahaviours
Log in as a user with the Jira Administrators global permission. Choose > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Behaviours to open the SLA Behaviours page. Tip: Use Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing sla behaviour
Click the Delete button in the Options section.
Confirm with the Delete button.
Exporting SLA Behaviours
Log in as a user with the Jira Administrators global permission. Choose > Add-ons. Select SLA PowerBox > SLA Behaviours to open the SLA Behaviours page. Tip: Use a Keyboard shortcut: g + g + start typing sla behaviour
Click the Export button in the Options section.
The file download should start automatically. The exported file is in the .xml format.
