You will get a Jira notification once a user mentions you as an Approver for using GateGPT in an issue.
Proceed to the Jira issue in order to review the request. Approval requests can only be sent by the Issue reported.
The following information will be available in the GateGPT tab:
- Model - GPT model the user would like to use
- Approval status - current status of the approval
- List of Approvers - user(s) or group(s) who have been set to approve the use of GateGPT in the current issue
- Approved - number of positive decisions from Approvers
- Rejected - number of negative decisions from Approvers.
Once all data is reviewed, you can click Approve or Reject. The use of GateGPT will be possible after all Approvers confirm the use. You can change your decision at any time.
