Special Support Schemes are reusable lists of dates when non-standard working hours have to be applied. They can be used across different calendars and save you time when multiple calendars are used.

It is also possible to mix a corporate-wide special support scheme with calendar-specific special support days.

Add a Special Support Scheme

  1. Go to Apps → SLA for Jira → Calendars → Special Support → click Add Special Support Scheme.

  2. Fill in the Name and optional description.

  3. Type in a short description of the special support hours.
  4. Select a date from a calendar.
  5. Specify working hours for the selected date.
  6. Click Add.
  7. When all necessary dates are added click Save.

Edit a Special Support Scheme

  1. Go to Apps → SLA for Jira → Calendars → Special Support.

  2. Locate the needed scheme.

  3. Click on three vertical dots in the Operations section → Edit.

  4. Make the necessary adjustments → Save.


Delete a Special Support Scheme

  1. Go to Apps → SLA for Jira → Calendars → Special Support.

  2. Locate the needed scheme.

  3. Click on three vertical dots in the Operations section → Delete.

  4. Confirm by clicking Remove.
