Special Support Schemes are reusable lists of dates when non-standard working hours have to be applied. They can be used across different calendars and save you time when multiple calendars are used.
It is also possible to mix a corporate-wide special support scheme with calendar-specific special support days.
Add a Special Support Scheme
Go to Apps → SLA for Jira → Calendars → Special Support → click Add Special Support Scheme.
Fill in the Name and optional description.
- Type in a short description of the special support hours.
- Select a date from a calendar.
- Specify working hours for the selected date.
- Click Add.
- When all necessary dates are added click Save.
Edit a Special Support Scheme
Go to Apps → SLA for Jira → Calendars → Special Support.
Locate the needed scheme.
Click on three vertical dots in the Operations section → Edit.
Make the necessary adjustments → Save.
Delete a Special Support Scheme
Go to Apps → SLA for Jira → Calendars → Special Support.
Locate the needed scheme.
Click on three vertical dots in the Operations section → Delete.
Confirm by clicking Remove.
