What is the Committee?
The committee is a collection of people responsible for project development.
The members of the Committee can hold positions such as Product Owner, Project Manager, representatives of the marketing and sales department, or an architect from the IT department. The Committee participates in the Assessment Session, in which it evaluates Ideas from the Idea Portal selected by users as the best.
The Committee’s point of view is different from Idea Portal users, which is why it is a key role in choosing Ideas that will add the greatest value to the project.
The moderator alone determines the composition of the committee for each session.
