The Committee's assessment system is called MoSCoW - an abbreviation of Must / Should / Could / Won’t.

Each person from the Committee from the available pool of ideas assigns appropriate to the selected category:

  • Must

  • Should

  • Could

  • Won’t

The system is designed to cap the MoSCoW categories at the following levels, to avoid a situation in which there are only “Must” and “Should” in the pool:

  • Must- no more than 20%

  • Should - no more than 30%

  • Could - no more than 30%

  • Won’t - no more than 20%

The method of assessment allows you to specify priorities. A member of the Committee is not obliged to assess all available ideas.
